Pau Talens Oliag

	My name is Pau Talens Oliag. I´m a professor and researcher at the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia (Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain). I´m affiliated to the School of Agricultural Engineering (ETSIA), where I manage the coordination of the action plan for European Convergence and study programmes (PACE).
I practise my profession as a Tenured Associate Professor in the field of Food Science and Technology at the Department of Food Technology (DTA) I conduct my research activity in the area of Physical Chemistry of Foods at the Research Group and Food Innovation (CUINA).
